We want you to love your Ramy Brook purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
